Worldwide jazz musicians are paying tribute on I Go Back Home - Dee Dee Bridgewater, James Moody, Kenny Barron, Peter Erskine, Arturo Sandoval, Joey DeFrancesco, Monica Mancini, Till Brönner, Oscar Castro Neves. The HBR Studio Symphony Orchestra are performing throughout the album and the actor Joe Pesci got two songs with Jimmy Scott. The CD comes with a 24-pg booklet. The album will be supported by screening dates of the documentary movie I Go Back Home.
